Our mission is to level the playing field in arts, education, entertainment, and sports for underserved youth. We develop programs and enact them via partnerships with media companies, schools and community organizations, provide opportunities for artistic and athletic development, promote cultural awareness and diversity, support career development and job readiness, provide financial assistance through scholarships and vouchers, and increase community engagement and involvement to help our students prosper in school and cultivate their talents.
MISSION
Snow Global Hybrid Academy
Snow Global Academy is a hybrid performing arts and creativity-driven organization dedicated to facilitated learning, self-belief, and individual-based education models. As a sister division, SGA powers all of our programs as our core academic and enrichment solution. This hybrid approach blends virtual and in-person learning, allowing our students to explore their passions through art, athletics, entrepreneurship, and technology pipelines.
Young Survivors Militant Program
Created by our Chief Admiral, the purpose of the Young Survivors program is to provide youth leaders, at-risk students, and survivors of circumstance with a structured and disciplined environment, teaching essential life skills and community responsibility through a military-style approach. By instilling pride in their cultural identity and a sense of duty to their neighborhoods, the program encourages participants to lead by example, safeguard their communities, and develop the leadership qualities necessary for sustainable change.
Arthur Snow + Family
Arthur Snow + Family is our heritage network of family, friends, and like-minded individuals who share a common journey of humble beginnings. As independent contractors, small business owners, and talented adult and youth professionals, we come together to support and uplift one another. Through resource-sharing, sponsorships, and strategic positioning, we create opportunities for growth and success. Our goal is to foster a collaborative environment where we "lift as we climb," ensuring there’s a seat at the table for everyone to achieve an equitable and prosperous life.
